Thoughts on Woohyun's apperance on The King of Mask Singer

Being a fan of kpop boyband Infinite, and the MBC's singing competition show The King of Mask Singer, this year of 2018 has been very wonderful for me and other Inspirits. This is due to none other than the Infinite members finally appearing on that show again after 2 years. If you did not know,  member Kim Myungsoo or who is commonly known as participated on that show on 2016, as the masked contestant "Im Your Father" ( on Episode 63).

2 years later, it was a pleasant surprise for Inspirits that ,  one after one another,  three members of Infinite ended up appearing on different episodes of the show as contestants.  All member earned alot of praises and recognition by knetizens before and after their identity was revealed.

These members were none other than Jang Dongwoo,  who participated as  the masked contestant "Knight of Razor" (on Episode 143-144), former member Lee Howon or commonly known as Hoya , who was the masked contestant "Carillon" (on Episode 147-148) and finally member Nam Woohyun who was the masked contestant "Salvador Dali"  who appeared on the lastest episodes ( Episode 161-162).

SPOILER

Woohyun participating on King of Mask Singer was something I have always looked forward to. In my opinion, he deserves to be more  well known for his amazing vocals, which is why I wanted him to go on a popular singing show to reveal  his skills to people who are unfamiliar with him .

Thankfully, he definitely succeeded charming  both the audience and the panelists with his emotional performance and vocal talent on the King of Mask Singer. Also with his witty  personality and humour, it wasn't hard for everyone to like him and be very curious of his real identity.

In the end, he had 3 victories and went up against the defending champion "Bob Ross" ,  who  had a very  explosive performance,  beating Woohyun and defending his title as the King.

Still, although Woohyun lost in the end, his emotional performance from start to finish was incredible, making those who listened to him to be overwhelmed with emotions and  to be astonished with his control and his high quality skills.

If you still havent watched it, here are cuts of Woohyun's jaw dropping performance on  The King of Mask Singer:

[2nd Round] Salvador Dali singing "Whistle" by Lee Moon Sae

[3rd Round] Salvador Dali singing "I Want To Fall In Love" by Kim Johan

Salvador Dali revealing his identity as Nam Woohyun

I honestly couldn't be more proud of him for doing so well on this show. I look forward to see him and the rest of the members to go more on these types of shows, where they can show what they excel at. Im also looking forward for them to have a comeback , no matter if its by group, sub-units or going solo, I just really miss them.
